Where to Find Help & New Golf Experiences

Assitance on the Range

 Each week during the season, the Golf staff will provide assistance on the range/practice area to players as they prepare for their golf game. Cliffs Golf Pros will “walk the range” and assist those Niners who might have questions or require quick, and focused instruction to help their game for that day.

Niners Play with the Pro

Limited to 3 players each week during the Niners season, a minimum of 2 players must sign up for the Play with the Pro lesson to take place.  For the best lesson experience, sign up with fellow Niners who have a similar handicap index/skill level. Make your groups accordingly.  Cost for the on-course lesson is $40 per person.  Sign-up sheets are posted in the Ladies Locker room at the Falls Clubhouse.

Cliffs Ladies Playarounds

All Cliffs ladies are encouraged to play in the 2025 Cliffs Ladies PlayAround Series which gives golfers a chance to play the other Cliffs Courses in a fun game allowing players to meet new friends from all 7 of the Cliffs Clubs. Formats will be team focused and are designed so players of various skill levels can participate and contribute. Each event will be a shotgun start at 9:30am, unless otherwise posted with the event registration. You must sign up for these events through the Cliffs App. $40 per player includes the following: post round lunch, prize payout and other surprises chosen by the host club. Players must have a USGA Handicap Index to play in these events. 

Complimentary Clinics - Cliffs Falls

Registration is required for the following clinics & will open on the Keowee Falls Events Calendar App 2 weeks in advance of the clinic date. Topics for each clinic will be posted on the Cliffs App under Events Calendar along with the sign up for each event. These clinics fill up, so sign up quickly!  The Pro Shop also asks that if you register for a clinic & find yourself unable to attend, please call & cancel in a timely fashion as other golfers are on a “waiting list” who would love to fill your spot!

"Mechanics Mondays”

Mondays - starting April 21st from 3:00 - 4:00pm

Join the Keowee Falls Professional Golf Staff on Monday afternoons and dive into the mechanics and skills needed to enhance your golf game.  Mechanics Mondays are designed to provide a combination of practical training to improve golf skills & the implementation of drills to improve performance on the course.  This unique combination can be one of the most effective training programs for your game. A specific “focus” will be covered in each session. Topics to be covered include the 14 golf principles and how they apply to Putting, Chipping, Pitching, Bunkers, Iron Play, Hybrids/Fairways, and Drivers. These clinics are geared to beginner and intermediate golfers. 

"Practice Like the Pros"

Thursdays - starting April 3rd from 3:00 - 4:00pm 

Thursday afternoons at the range will offer a supervised “practice opportunity” with our golf professionals which will allow you to focus on any aspect of your own golf game.  The golf professionals will help answer any questions you might have as well as show you proper techniques and demonstrate drills for your intended areas of improvement. These recommended drills will assist you in creating the motor skills and muscle memory needed to make changes and will allow you to be able to take these changes from the range out to the golf course. These clinics are geared to intermediate and advanced golfers. 

PRIVATE GOLF LESSONS:
One hour for $120 or $60 for thirty minutes
with the Director of Golf or the Head Golf Professional
OR

1 hour for $100 or $50 for thirty minutes

with the Assistant Golf Professional.
